In this 6 hour in-person introductory course, you'll gain essential skills for working with databases using SQL (Structured Query Language). Interactive training in our hands-on computer lab will build participants' confidence with practical experience and a solid foundation in SQL for everyday data tasks. Topics include SELECT statements, WHERE clauses, sorting and grouping data, joining tables, basic data aggregation functions, and using AI to assist. By the end of the course, participants will be able to write basic SQL queries to retrieve and filter data, and create simple reports for comprehensive analysis. No prior knowledge of SQL is required, although a basic understanding of data structure in Excel is strongly recommended.
