This 1-hour virtual workshop session is intended for individual contributors who want to build a more effective relationship with their manager. We will discuss what "managing up" really means and how to anticipate your manager's needs and communicate on your own. We will use a communication plan to apply these concepts to your relationship. Upon conclusion, you will leave with a clear strategy for becoming a trusted partner to your manager and a template for a proactive status report you can use immediately.
