The Bridges Out of Poverty workshop increases participants' understanding of economic class, the importance of the eleven resources, and the impact of hidden rules. This introductory workshop is designed for people who work for organizations or businesses that interact with individuals in poverty.

This workshop is focused on awareness and practical application related to verbal and written communication. Focus areas include timely conflict resolution, documenting performance, sharing accolades, and discussion planning.

Personal development is a specific plan of action for individuals to reach higher levels of performance in the workplace. In this workshop participants will develop skills to collaborate with individuals to draft personal development goals that are meaningful, attainable, time-bound, and help the individual grow professionally.

Influence is a tool of the successful—being able to affect influence or win others to your way of thinking, demands respect and allows you the authority to affect outcomes. Learning how to demonstrate authenticity and integrity through your interactions with others and to how to have a strong sense of self-awareness lays the groundwork for mastering the art of influence.

Presentations are a constant in business – in this session, you will learn how to craft and deliver a presentation that resonates with an audience. You will discover how to become more in-tune with your audience, tailor your message, and how to develop, organize and edit the content of your presentation with confidence to maximize effectiveness.
